1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
This charter applies to all members of the S7 Airlines (Siberia) HAC, regardless of their position, position, age and moral and religious worldviews. Each employee of the airline in the course of his activities is obliged to adhere to this charter.
1.1 GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
1.1.1 The external goal is to create conditions for the unification and interaction of people who want to carry out centralized virtual flights on a simulator for pleasure..
1.1.2 Internal goal - carrying out air passenger transportation on routes, making profit and developing the company in the IVAO network.
Tasks:
1.2.1. Pilot training and development.
1.2.2. Flight quality and quantity control.
1.2.3. Maintain, follow and continuously monitor S7 Airlines route network.
1.2.4. Recruitment.
1.2.5. Maintaining the aircraft fleet at the proper level (replenishment, maintenance).
1.2.6. Organization of cooperation and exchange of experience.
1.3 DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY The main development strategy of the company is to create comfortable conditions for the work of pilots by acquiring the necessary fleet of aircraft, developing a network of routes around the world and uniting a friendly team with common interests under one wing.
1.4 SCOPE OF THE COMPANY. The company's activities in passenger transportation are carried out worldwide as part of the IVAO online network.
2. COMPANY STRUCTURE. A virtual airline is primarily people participating in it (virtual pilots), activities (performing virtual flights, passenger transportation, management), means to carry out this activity (fleet of aircraft) and a fixed place where the company's center is based (base airport).
2.1 RIGHTS AND DUTRIES
2.1.1 Every company pilot has the right to:
2.1.1.1 Perform flights to category of which has a permit.
2.1.1.2 Select and book a route from the list of company routes.
2.1.1.3 Select for flights of the company's aircraft for which it has a permit.
2.1.1.4 Apply to add a route.
2.1.1.5 To submit the application on for acquisition of VS.
2.1.1.6 Apply for flight plan.
2.1.1.7 Apply for a vacant position in the company administration.
2.1.1.8 Use the client program and receive clarifications from the administration.
2.1.1.8 The pilot is obliged to calculate the fuel, taking into account the departure to the spare.
2.1.1.9 The pilot must fly with the company at least 1 times a week.
2.1.1.10 The pilot is required to fly in the international IVAO/VATSIM network.
2.1.1.11 The pilot must use aeronautical charts (Jeppesen; AIP; Navigraph) when flying.
2.1.1.12 The pilot is encouraged to fly using European Phraseology.
2.1.2 Administration has the right to:
2.1.2.1 Immediately suspend the pilot from flying in cases provided for in paragraphs 6.1 6.2 6.3 of this charter until the reasons are clarified. In the event of a situation described in paragraph 6.2, the pilot undertakes to send an explanatory letter to the flight director with a detailed explanation of the situation.
2.1.3 Responsibilities of the administration:
2.1.3.1 Personnel and Financial Management represented by Vice Chief Executive Officer (VCEO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He accepts a newcomer, studies his experience and personal data, introduces the newcomer to the basic principles of the company's functioning, and, with mutual consent, draws it up in the company and transfers it to the pilot to the instructor. Recommends new directions. Analyzes the financial condition of the company. Agrees with the Technical Director the possibility of various financial operations (purchase, lease and repair of aircraft, purchase of fuel, infrastructure development). Deals with issues of profit distribution (salary). Maintains documentation. < br/> 2.1.3.2 Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Vice Chief Executive Officer (VCEO), Pilot instructor (PI). Assign titles (ranks), coordinate the choice of aircraft, open admission to training flights on the selected type of aircraft, accept applications from Pilots for the development of new types of aircraft, conduct exams and issue licenses (open admission to regular flights). Control the overall performance of flights by Pilots, analyze low-quality flights (request the pilot to submit a report), collect a commission (if it is necessary to consider the Pilot's case, for example, in a crash). They can put forward a proposal to dismiss the Pilot., Keep order in the route database (classification, standardization of names). Control the general state of the route network (logic and sequence, demand). Study the main characteristics of the destination airports (for compliance with the category of the aircraft sent there).
2.1.3.3 Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Studies the main characteristics of the aircraft. If necessary, gives advice on technical issues of the aircraft and the state of the airport. In agreement with the Vice Chief Executive Officer (VCEO) of the financial condition of the company, it produces: lease (including its extension), purchase and transportation of aircraft. Monitors lease terms and, if necessary, extends it. He is engaged in organizing the sale of unnecessary aircraft and issuing them for lease to other companies. Monitors the condition of aircraft and performs their timely repair. Engaged in the development of airport infrastructure, repair and technical work at the airport. Monitors the amount of fuel, makes its timely purchase.
2.1.3.4 Pilot instructor (PI). Belongs to the Flight Production Training Center (Training S7). Systematically maintains and improves its qualifications in the development of aircraft and other related areas (navigation, piloting in emergency cases). Conducts consultations on the production of Flights and joint training flights (at the request of the Pilots).
2.2 RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN VAC MEMBERS
2.2.1 The airline welcomes friendly relations built on mutual respect.
2.3 In VAK S7 Airlines (Siberia) PROHIBITED. 2.3.1 Any form of insult to participants, discrimination on the basis of sex, race and nationality is prohibited. (in company conference/online networks/social networks, etc.)
2.3.2 Public statements defaming the honor of the company and its employees are prohibited.
2.3.3. Artificial suspension of the route for more than 1 day is prohibited.
2.3.4 Artificial suspension of the aircraft on the route for a period of more than 1 day is prohibited, as well as hijacking of the aircraft using the function - I am a passenger, without the consent of the administration.
2.3.5 It is forbidden to insult company members and other guests of our server on the Discord server.
2.4 ENCOURAGEMENT AND COLLECTINGS.
2.4.1 For high-quality flight operations and active participation in the life and development of the company, the administration represents the pilot for encouragement.
2.4.1.1 The form and amount of the incentive is determined by the decision of the administration.
2.4.2 The company's administration provides for three types of disciplinary action.

2.5 PRIORITY
2.5.1 Members of the company's administration have managerial priority over other pilots of the company.
3. PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION AND DISMISSAL. 3.1 ADMISSION TO THE COMPANY. Entry is possible for persons over 16 years old.
3.1.1 Those wishing to join the airline apply for membership by registering on the www.va-s7.ru website, after which the candidate is obliged to contact the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Vice Chief Executive Officer (VCEO) or Flight Director (FLTDIR) and pass a Voice interview in which he must provide information about himself, aircraft navigation experience, preferred aircraft type
3.1.2 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) или Vice Chief Executive Officer (VCEO) или Flight Director (FLTDIR). Receives a newcomer, studies his experience and personal data, introduces the arriving newcomer to the basic principles of the company's functioning, and, with mutual consent, draws it up in the company and transfers it to the Flight Manager (Pilot Instructor).
3.2 REMOVAL FROM COMPANY.
3.2.1 For systematic violations of the charter, careless attitude to flights, as well as in cases stipulated by paragraph 6 of these charter, the pilot leaves the company without severance pay.
3.2.2 When a pilot is fired of his own free will, the company administration pays him severance pay. The amount of the allowance is determined by the administration.
4 TRAINING AND LICENSING
Training is conducted by a pilot instructor at the S7 Airlines Virtual Airline Training Center
4.1 Each cadet must be equipped with a training manual.
4.2 THEORY EXAM. It is carried out by a pilot instructor and checks the theoretical knowledge of the cadet.
4.3 PRACTICE EXAM. Cadet pilots are allowed to take the practical exam after successfully passing the theoretical part and passing the exam.
4.4 TRANING FLIGHTS. The end of training is training flights.
5 FLIGHT OPERATIONS.
If a pilot of VAK S7 Airlines performs a standard flight, he is obliged to indicate in the flight plan, in the Additional information section: OPR/VA S7 AIRLINES
5.1 ROUTE SELECTION.
The route can be selected according to the current schedule, as well as upon receipt of the flight plan from the company management.
5.2 AIRCRAFT SELECTION.
The choice of the aircraft is possible only taking into account the fact that the pilot underwent training flights and was assigned a board and call sign. Flight safety is our airline's priority.
6.1 ACCIDENT
Accidents include the following flight accidents: 6.1.1 landing with vertical speed more than 700 ft/min
6.2 DAMAGE
Landing with vertical speed above 350 ft/min is classified as serious failure of the aircraft.
6.3 CRASH
A crash includes any flight accident resulting in a loss of board.
